Sarginsons Industries is pleased to announce the arrival of a new BPS-800SX LPM diecast cell, increasing its low pressure diecasting capacity to two cells with the delivery of a third LPM cell on schedule for October 2012. Cell No2 will be commissioned during August with the support of LPM.

During the summer shutdown period Sarginsons has also commissioned four additional 72Kw electric holding furnaces for the gravity foundry to improve energy consumption and reduce carbon footprint, and have also installed a fully automated Kuka robotic finishing cell to aid process control when finishing larger diecastings. A 100m² component storage area has also been completed to enable the foundry expansions.

We are also please to confirm the appointments of Mr Balhar Singh as Senior Quality Engineer and Mr Paul Chislett as Maintenance Technician. Balhar and Paul join the team at an extremely exciting period for the organisation as we grow in strength and confidence.

The company continues detailed discussions with a number of new clients for some exciting projects that will open up our customer base into some significant new market sectors. The current investment programme will continue in order to facilitate these opportunities.
