Sarginsons Expand Low Pressure Foundry

March 7, 2012

Sarginsons Industries Ltd have commenced the expansion of the Low Pressure foundry with the investment of two new LPM BPX-800 SX automated machines, both new machines will be installed during 2012 on the site at Torrington Avenue, Coventry.

This expansion will enable Sarginsons customers to further exploit the cost and technical advantages that the Low Pressure diecasting process can offer. These cost reductions are available due to reduced energy consumption and post casting finishing costs, coupled with increased yield rates and cycle times.

The further advantages of exceptional casting integrity, thin wall sections and excellent surface finishes make the Low Pressure diecasting process ideally suited to deliver our customers’ expectations.
