Long service honoured at Sarginsons

Two members of the Sarginsons Industries team have been honoured for their long service – both chalking up 25 years with the company.

Steve Vernon, a product finisher who completes any aluminium welding processes for Sarginsons, and Paul Baker, a skilled diecaster across all three foundries, both joined the business in 1994.

They were both handed gift vouchers of their choice to commemorate their anniversaries with the company in front of family members. Steve attended with his wife and son while Paul also attended with his wife and son, Paul Jnr – who is now also a diecaster with Sarginsons.

Anthony Evans, the managing director of Sarginsons, said: “It is great to be able to commemorate the long service of two fantastic members of the team in this way.

“Steve and Paul have enjoyed long careers here, and we thought it would be a nice touch for them to celebrate that with members of their family. It is also fantastic that Paul Jnr is a member of the team too and is part of the next generation of workforce coming through the business.”
