Traditional CAD modelling is driven by fixed TYE CAE simulations using homogenous material data. This results in overweight, cumbersome and difficult to cast designs. By using localised TYE data, produced by Sarginsons unique Digital Twin Simulations, algorithmic design techniques like topological optimisation, can precisely map performance allowing the full benefits of FEA projections to be realised.

Sarginsons cannot currently cast any form but all the technology is increasingly approaching that goal.
