Six years ago Sarginsons made a strategic decision to focus on the technology of aluminium casting  and since that point has been involved in any number of grant funded consortia investigating everything from alloy development, heat treatment and 3D printing to massively complex digital simulations.

This research will fundamentally change the way that cast components and products are designed, look and perform. It is not an understatement to say that it will change the world we see and experience. 2024 sees the launch of the first of these developments, with digital twin simulations of TYE performance together with full Topological Optimisation. 

The Articles and Research we publish here is far from all that has been done as a lot of the more recent work is protected for commercial sensitivity or agreements with our partners. We publish everything we can.
